Anytime I see a service animal in public, I get a) excited because I love dogs and b) a little sad because I can’t pet them and tell them they’re the goodest boy or girl. I also feel a little bad because they’re probably just as hot and uncomfortable as the rest of us—maybe even more so, because fur.
Just like anywhere else that service animals are welcome (which, let’s be honest, should be everywhere—no questions asked!), Disney has designated relief areas throughout the parks where these hard-working companions can take a break, cool off, and do their business.
So, if you’re traveling to Disney with a service animal, here’s a list of the designated service animal relief areas throughout the parks. Hopefully, knowing where they are ahead of time makes your day a little easier for both you and your furry travel companion!
